Hotel Okada - Hakone

Our family room was beautiful with the basics, a gorgeous view and the massage chair as advertised. The location was great and amazing there, close to nature. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Hakone Yumoto Onsen district👍

The venue is wonderful, clean and the location is marvellous really close to the shops and bus/train station and many onsen in Japan. The rooms are beautiful and wonderful with beautiful view and the Onsen bath and a private hot tub and the staff are wonderful! There is an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

It is in a lovely and stunning location with wonderful views. The bus station is 10 minutes' walk👍

Take advantage of the private onsen for a relaxing and intimate experience, and don't miss the free amenities like the kimono rental!

The outdoor bath area offered amazing views of the river and mountains. Plus, the private onsen experience in our room was lovely. We loved soaking while gazing at nature. Every meal was intriguing and delicious, especially at dinnertime in the traditional dining hall.

I enjoyed the spacious Japanese Western-style room with an open-air bath. The in-room hot spring offered a wonderful way to relax. The views from our room were fine. Staff provided friendly service and the breakfast buffet was diverse. A true gem for a traditional experience 🌸

The staff provided excellent service, our luggage was taken to our room before check-in and offering helpful local recommendations. The outdoor onsen had fine views and was a relaxing spot after a day of exploring. The bathroom was outdated and the Wi-Fi connection was poor were great.

The private onsen in my room offered the perfect way to relax while enjoying fine views of the nature outside. The staff was friendly.

We spent one night in the Twin Room with Hot-Spring Bath. The view from our room seemed like a postcard, lush green nature surrounding us. The private onsen in the room let us unwind without needing to share space with others. The beds were comfortable, giving us a good night's rest. The air conditioning worked excellently, a rarity in many Japanese hotels. Breakfast was buffet style was great but nothing stood out. The staff were always professional and friendly. The only downside was the distance from the nearest train station. The twenty-minute uphill walk was tiring after a day out. Plus, some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear, like the carpets in the dining area. Our stay was pleasant despite a few small issues.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend excursion in Hakone with good price-quality ratio. We loved sleeping on the floor beds. Consider taking a taxi from the station to avoid long walks in the rain.

Totally recommend for a weekend adventure

Cozy room, awesome breakfast, and a convenient location made my stay enjoyable as I loved the comfortable room with a hot-spring bath and the delicious food options including both Japanese and Western choices while being just a short distance from the nearest airport.

It was perfect.
